The first is the 4.7cm Pak(t) auf PzKpfw 35R(f), built on captured Renault 35R tanks (superb model by Shellhole Scenics).
The second is a Panzerbeobachtungswagen 38H (f), an artillery observation vehicle built on a captured Hotchkiss H38 chassis (the old Britannia model, not quite right but looks good and an old favourite of mine).
